Dorcas Likando,

My commitment is to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

 

My Background, I have 23 years’ working experience as a qualified Nurse

 

Specialism,  working with sick children with varied complex care needs within the public and private sectors.

Leadership, I am highly motivated, and commercially focused. I was a Team leader for Complete Care Group’ Southern Region, providing leadership and expert care on all pediatric issues for clients with complex care needs in the community. 

 

I have vast experience in developing, implementing and overseeing the management of care plans in line with the Hospital recommendations to commencement of care package.

Thabo Likando

Registered Manager

Firstly, I am very grateful you are considering us and would want to assure you I will give my 100% to look after you or be it your loved one.

 

Personally, as the Registered Manager, I considered myself to be a highly motivated individual with leadership qualities essential for this service.

 

Professionally, I am a qualified Nurse with over 20 years of working experience in a Health and Social Care setting, working with people with varied Learning Disabilities.

 

Leadership, I  have occupied leadership positions in various healthcare settings. Leading a team of 50 staff members within a Residential setting, with Service Users who had a range of complex health needs including Mental Health issues, Challenging Behaviour, Autism, Dementia and Epilepsy

About Me

Carol Mathe

I am hard working, organised and reliable. I pride myself in demonstrating a strong work ethic.  I am patient, self motivated and have a keen desire to succeed.

I have wide experience in monitoring patients before and after surgery, doing observations and providing personal care, food and fluid intake recording.

In addition, I have working experience in assisting clients with learning difficulties. I have helped them in all of their daily activities and assisting with their personal care.
